About my task in this account, I have the responsibility to attend guests that would like to stay in one of the Marriott Hotels around the word, making reservations for people that want to stay at the hotel and answering the questions about their stay. making the call efficiently and personalize in order to achieve the goals and the customer satisfaction.

• Pack contents of homes and commercial locations in preparation for loading and transporting to new location, load furniture, packed and other contents of homes and commercial location onto trucks all over the Massachusetts state and out of the state.

• In this Call Center I worked in the Instacart account which I had the responsibility to assist customers and workers from Instacart App (SHOPPERS) when they have an inquired about the order they placed or the order they are working on
• I was able to assist through emails, chats and phone calls, since the account required have the skills to manage different types of communication systems.

• As Customer Service Representative, I had the responsibility to attend the customer inquiries about Covid Vaccine shot at Walmart and Sam´s Club Stores, ubicated around United States of America, making appointments for anyone who was interested to receive the vaccine shot.

• In this enterprise I had the opportunity to work as C.S.R, in which my responsibilities were: attend any customer with their inquiries, open different types of bank accounts and also sell different kinds of products which the bank offer to its clients.

• Resolved complex customer situations by utilizing problem-solving skills and escalating issues when necessary.
• Developed strong relationships with clients through personalized service, building trust and loyalty with the bank.
• Processed daily cash transactions accurately while adhering to security protocols, minimizing risk exposure for the bank and its customers.
