VOOM Foundation

  • Recently, I have become involved with an organization focused on delivering cardiac surgery to a remote village, Oraifite, in Nigeria. I have completed two missions with this organization in 2023. My roles include caring for patients in the immediate post-operative period in the adult CTICU. We are also precepting and teaching the local nurses to encourage the program to one day become sustainable.
