Being a Supervisor of Operation has provided me with several years of experience in managing teams and resolving customer issues. The role involves overseeing a full operation, ensuring we have the necessary resources to address customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
The experience in this role has given me a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as the ability to handle difficult situations and diffuse potentially tense interactions with customers.
