Achievements :
- Created a help desk for 500 users with the capacity to provide support from Level 1 to Level 3 in the areas of Office Automation, Engineering, Telecommunications, Applications, Servers, and Cybersecurity.
- Created a new supplier strategy, generating savings of $200,000 in 8 months.
- Analyzed, reviewed, and made a decision regarding the implementation of an ERP to consolidate the Digital Transformation strategy for 8 shopping centers, 3 hotels, 3 restaurants, 7 horizontal housing projects, and a solar energy farm.
