Accomplishments

  • In 2015, when I attended the World Championships of Performing Arts, I won three bronze medals in the categories of singing and singing with self-accompaniment on the piano.
  • In 2016, the Art and Culture department, CREARTE, of Rafael Landivar University granted me half a scholarship They gave me the scholarship for singing, so I was a part of the choir and musical band of the university for four years I also gave singing lessons in the Singing Club of the University alongside another student for a year. This scholarship helped me finish my studies
  • In 2018 I won first place in a Coffee Table Book contest in the Editorial Design course. We had the assignment to create a Coffe Table Book about Efrain Recinos, and professional editorial designers were the judges of the books.
  • In 2019 I finished all of the courses of the BFA in Graphic Design of Rafael Landivar University.
  • In 2019 the Art and Culture department CREARTE of Rafael Landivar University gave me an award for my years of service in the department from 2016 to 2019.
  • In 2020 I had the opportunity to participate for the second time in the World Championships of Performing Arts virtually, I won a bronze medal in the Acting category.
  • I was one of the top performers of June 2021 in the Noom account at Telus International.

  • I took English classes during my whole life at school and I also took additional classes at Instituto Americano Guatemalteco IGA.
  • I took the ELASH test in 2015 and I passed with a really high score which allowed me to exonerate from taking the mandatory English courses at Rafael Landívar University.
  • I have a passion for English and I can very easily communicate through this language.
  • A liking for public speaking since a very young age. I participated in many contests of public speaking and poetry recitals in school always ranking in the top three.
  • I’ve been in many roles within Telus International, as an agent, as a Customer Experience Analyst, as staff member (Team Leader) and as a MLS member (Knowledge Base Writer), this has given me knowledge and experience to keep growing.
