- Oversee and coordinate the budget team to verify discrepancies in figures across all areas of the company: agricultural, industrial, logistics, and administration for operations in Guatemala. Implement auxiliary files for more automated controls in critical areas.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, projections of EBITDA, ROIC, general variations versus the annual target, and the previous year.

- Monitor CAPEX in Guatemala, prepare reports, and management dashboards.
