In my current role, I’ve faced challenges that required quick, effective decision-making. I’ve had to develop reporting solutions from scratch, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. This experience has strengthened my problem-solving abilities and taught me how to approach issues from a strategic standpoint. As a WFM Team Leader, I will bring these problem-solving skills to propose efficient staffing and financial solutions that align with company objectives.
