Currently working for Alpine at Telus International Guatemala. Take calls for customer service in spanish for Spain EMEA. I have successfully completed iOS T1 training, MSS T1 training, Mac T1 training for Spanish. Worked for around 10 months in Spanish and then moved to UK queue completing a transition training from Spanish to English and worked for this region for about 1 year, now I moved to Spanish and currently in training for T2 iOS and T2 MSS skills.
