  for specific clients of the Firm. (Preparation of site contracts, contracts
  lease with specifications for installation of towers telecommunications, environmental licenses, municipal licenses, negotiations,
  among others).
  - Experience in Contracting with the State for different entities especially in matters related to the General Registry of Acquisitions of the State -RGAE-, tenders and expressions of interest.
  - Responsible for preparing minutes of Shareholders' Meetings, appointments,
  contracts, registrations and any other act of ordinary and extraordinary business
  the societies. Lease contracts, sales, easements, power of attorney, proxy letters, legalizations, notarial acts,
  among others.
• Preparation and registration of employment contracts, Internal Regulations of Work, Occupational Health and Safety issues.

• Preparation and registration of employment contracts, Internal Regulations of Work, Occupational Health and Safety issues.

• Corporate Law, responsible for preparing the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting, Appointments, contracts, registrations, and any other ordinary and extraordinary business act of the companies
• Leasing contracts, purchase contracts, easements, Notarized document, powers of attorney, legalizations, notarial acts, among others.

• Adviser on international trade issues, World Trade Organization and trade defense mechanisms employed by the State of Guatemala (arbitration, dumping, safeguards and subsidies)
• Analysis of international agreements and treaties
• Analysis of national legislation and its relation to international commercial legislation
• Preparation of technical opinions, analysis and follow - up of records for Verification of Origins related to Free Trade Agreements introduce by the State of Guatemala
• Negotiator in competition law matters.

• Due diligence monitoring for entities such as Coca Cola and Ufinet Guatemala
